Management Contract
Swisstouches provides full management of the owner's hotel, and supplies a full operation team headed by a General Manager to operate the owner's property.Swisstouches commitment is to create a concept for each hotel, “unique relaxation” supported by the famous Swiss Hospitality management training and service. For each hotel project long-term competitive advantage is a key aspect of all business planning, concept development and ongoing operation.

Management Process:

There are many aspects to Swisstouches management of the owner’s property. The key points of the process are :

1. Swisstouches will analyse the hotel project and its market to determine which Swisstouches brand is suitable and to confirm that the proposed hotel project can be successful.

2. Swisstouches will present the selected brand, its standards and the market analysis to reach agreement with the owner.

3. Swisstouches and the owner will sign the Swisstouches hotel management contract.

4. A Foreign General Manager is appointed by Swisstouches to head the hotel’s management team and undertake the operation of the entrusted hotel.

Within each hotel brand Swisstouches has a full range of food, beverage, accommodation, MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and events) brands and new concepts will be developed for each hotel project. For each hotel project our objective is create a unique combinations of concepts to create a competitive advantage. This is supported by our Swiss hospitality style of training and service, world-famous in your hotel.

The Swisstouches management system is based on strict planning and controls. Strict attention is paid to the establishment, planning and operation of marketing processes, internal strict financial control systems and operations management.
