Management
Process:
There
are many aspects to Swisstouches management of the owner’s property. The
key
points of the process are :
1. Swisstouches will analyse
the hotel project and its
market to determine which Swisstouches brand is suitable and to confirm
that
the proposed hotel project can be successful.
2. Swisstouches will present
the selected brand, its
standards and the market analysis to reach agreement with the owner.
3. Swisstouches and the
owner will sign the Swisstouches
hotel management contract.
4. A Foreign General Manager
is appointed by Swisstouches
to head the hotel’s management team and undertake the operation of the
entrusted hotel.
