Swisstouches Hotels and Resorts will carry out to an international standard hotel preparation and pre-opening management services. Services include but are not limited to the establishment of feasibility and market analysis reports, technical services consultancy, hotel concept development and the full management and launch of the hotel, all done to an international standard.

The pre-opening management team will establish international operational and service standards and procedures and the implementation of service quality control systems. These are all tailored to fit the structure and concept of the hotel, and Swisstouches will always do this to give each hotel or resort a short and long term competitive advantage.

Swisstouches will direct the design company to ensure that the design meets the business need, and at the owner’s request as additional services will direct and establish the project team
