The key managing members of our research and development are 

David Hailstones is in charge of coordinating the key operational standards and food and beverage products and service. David has a five star operational background in many of the leading hotels, golf and country clubs in Switzerland, UK and Bermuda. His favourite hospitality phrase is “ Yes we can, not a problem, consider it done”

Katrin Suter coordinates the development of food products in the culinary centre. Katrin has many years experience in various culinary roles in hotels and restaurants in Switzerland and Germany. Her favourite hospitality phrase is “Good Job"

Bruno Bachmann supports the culinary team with a special focus on patisserie and making bread the Swiss way. Bruno has over thirty years experience in kitchen and General Management of hotels in Switzerland. His Favourite hospitality phrase is “Everything you do is SUPER!”

David Coy has many years experience in developing operational concepts and standards in hotels, resorts and training schools throughout Europe. For Swisstouches he coordinates the training and education standards in all aspects so that best practices are captured and spread to all members hotels and resorts as appropriate. David's favourite hospitality phrase is "Everyone can be excellent if they want to be".

Anthony Lack has many years of management experience in Room Division operations in many of the Leading Hotels of the World in Switzerland and South Africa. He is also the mentor and inspiration of Swisstouches major events concepts, designed to build revenue in all member hotels and resorts. Anthony's favourite hospitality phrase "Just three words...
